Welcome to Mwalimu Godfrey. By accessing this website (https://mwalimugodfrey.com) and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Services & Engagement

Mwalimu Godfrey provides "Emotional Clarity Sessions" (1:1 conversations) and digital educational resources.

  • Clarity Sessions: These are 45-minute focused conversations aimed at helping you process complex relational dynamics.
  • Digital Resources: These include downloadable PDF guides, scripts, and starter kits.

2. Professional Disclaimer (Not Therapy)

IMPORTANT: Mwalimu Godfrey is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical doctor. Emotional Clarity Sessions are NOT clinical therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not intended to replace professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or require clinical intervention, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately.

3. User Accounts

To book a session or access digital resources, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Fees: All fees are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and must be paid in full to confirm a booking or download a resource.

No Refunds: Due to the professional time-block nature of clarity sessions and the immediate delivery of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session are not permitted.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your session within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a "No-Show" and the session will be cancelled without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to the text, graphics, logos, scripts, and downloadable PDF guides, are the exclusive property of Mwalimu Godfrey. You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mwalimu Godfrey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or reliance on the information provided. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take in your personal life following a session.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
